Ellena Ellington


Ellena, President and COO of TCM Commercial Cleaning has been married to Tony Ellington Sr for 27 years and has two children. Ellena has her background in Early Childhood Education where she became an Esteemed Teacher for the Goddard School. She spent her time developing and implementing curriculum that promoted and nurtured the academic growth of her students.

Ellena decided to take the skill sets of Time Management, Strong Communication, Attention to Detail, Leadership and Exceptional Organizational talents and joined her husband and lead TCM. As President of TCM, she leads the organization she shares with Tony by implementing the solid structure and foundation that together they continue to grow into the most sought after Commercial Cleaning Company in the New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania and Delaware regions. Ellena has an open-door policy and personally keeps working to build on the relationships that they have developed by offering new products and services to their growing base of very satisfied customers. She readily makes herself available to answer questions, solve any type of situation that may potentially arise. Her positive, outgoing and upbeat personality lends to the success in her position.

Tony Ellington Sr

Vice President

 Tony has been Vice President of TCM for 18 years. He has been married to Ellena Ellington for 27 years and has two children. Tony joined the USMC right after high school. He is a Decorated Disabled Marine Veteran having served in the Gulf War / Dessert Shield-Storm. He actively supports The Wounded Warrior Project, VA, Veterans, Purple Heart, & Vietnam Veterans of America. Tony went to Lenoir Community College and studied to acquire is degree in Food Science. He then pursued a career in the Food Service Industry, he operated The Cheesecake Factory in 4 states, and Dave & Buster's in 3 states. In 2014 he opened Moot's Restaurant and successfully created a successful family dining experience in the Burlington Center Mall until the Mall closed.

Tony's dedication to serving his country, and his local community has afforded him the ability to create jobs, and lead with all the same loyalty & commitment. He takes the time to educate himself and his employees and lead them to success. He promotes from within his base of loyal talent to lead his teams in creating successful relationships with his clients. Tony continues to educate himself with the newest technology, products, equipment and chemicals. His 18 years of commitment in the Building Service Contract Industry have afforded him the opportunity to build long lasting relationships with his clients.
